competition study

I have been doing some competition study for our J-packages, and I must admit that I have impressed by the blog community!

Just uploaded Wordpress, and was blown out by the number of features - everything is in there! the trouble is that even if it looks a piece of cake to install to me, this is probably because I have had my nose in CMS for months now ... but the admin looks scary to outsiders, and this is probably one of the niche we will focus on : make a php application with a friendly Admin UI.

As long as you only keep programmers to develop a project, you will always have this flaw - this is why these type of applications are without any doubt as good (even better) than the commercial ones in terms of functionalities. But the lack of Marketing specs (after all, marketing should always guide the high level functionality requirementas to make sure that your application meets your market's needs) makes them not as attractive. as the commercial ones.
