Yahoo has released the webrank in beta version not that long ago, but you don't read much about it. It is meant to be just a "hype" tool, trying to get self proclaimed search engime marketers obsessed with it as they are with pagerank.
I believe that it is not stored by yahoo & not used in anyway for their ranking algorithm. what it shows is just the number & quality of backlinks you have pointing to a specific site. This is basically a measure of the site popularity.
