Yes, little Pagerank google green bar back up - according google "unofficial" speaker (googleGuy), computers usually used to report PageRank have been used for other big engineering tasks this long bank holiday week-end. Looks like google cannot afford to invest in new computers, and has to use existing resources instead.
whatever happened, it is amazing how much noise this little glitch has made: 42 pages on webmasterworld!
